1. Purpose
Audits a batch of sheets for which title block types they use and how many sheets each type covers — the tool selects every title block it finds and shows a count-by-type table. Use it before issuing: catch sheets still on the old frame and unify them.
2. Quick video (≤ 2 minutes)
[Video in production — follow the steps below for now.]
3. Steps
- Prepare the sheet list one of two ways: select nothing, run the command, and pick a saved print set — or pre-select schedules sitting on the sheets to audit. [image 01: picking the print set in the dialog]
- Click Check title blocks in the VP_LAYOUT tab, Sheets panel.
- The tool collects the title blocks on those sheets, selects them in the project, and opens a statistics window: sheet count, title block count, per-type counts, and each sheet's frame. [image 02: title-block type statistics]
4. Real-world example
A 25-sheet mechanical set may hide a few sheets on the old frame missing the approval row. Select nothing, run the command, pick the "Mech Issue" print set — the table shows 22 sheets on A1-NEW and 3 on A1-OLD. Select the 3 strays and run Change title block type to unify the set.
5. Common errors
| Symptom (tool message, Vietnamese) | Fix |
|---|---|
| "Print Set không chứa sheet hợp lệ." | The print set is empty or the chosen schedules sit on no sheet — check the print set |
| "Không tìm thấy titleblock trên các sheet được chọn." | The sheets carry no title blocks yet — place frames first, then rerun |
